For our wedding day Garry & I were after a professional who could capture 'memories' and not just take a nice photograph, we wanted someone who had a personal artistic touch and would take time to understand us; who we were and what we wanted captured and the styles were looking for. After reviewing numerous web sites of photographers we narrowed it done to a couple who seemed to captured the style & had the experience we were after, I submitted my request & David called me directly and took the time to ask questions about what we were after - from that moment i knew we had our photographer!

David's approach was tailored to us, he asked questions to understand the approach we wanted then he incorporated his many years of experience to bring that out on the wedding day. David knowledge of the Coffs area had him find locations that I would never have thought of for a wedding shoot but they were perfect. David's quirky personality lends its self well to his profession of directing natural movements from one or numerous subjects to relax & pose in a photo to capture the personalities and not just the person.

Who would have thought a blue Dulux wall in an industrial area with the car radio turned up would set the scene for 10 very different personalities in a wedding shoot? ...David!

Organising our wedding photography through DMT Photography has turned out to be a real triumph of a decision.

In our online quest to find the perfect wedding photographer, we must have looked at every supplier in Northern NSW. DMT Photography stood out with their beautifully warm and creative photos and we were impressed at their prices. David took all the hassle away with his friendly professionalism, leaving us with a genuinely perfect experience we're very grateful for. Our wedding day was amazing and we wouldn’t have changed anything - we were so happy with the choices we made and David made our day very special, fun & relaxed, which was so important for us to have everyone enjoying themselves and getting relaxed natural photos.

Choosing a photographer is one of the most important decisions, after all they are the ones you will spend a lot of time with on your day and they are using their experience and skill to capture the memories you want to keep for a lifetime. We had to organise everything via email and phone calls and only met face to face with David the week of our wedding however the communication with David from when we first made contact was great and made us feel confident. When we met David we left feeling very happy as we knew we had definitely made the right decision, he was professional, caring and funny - exactly what we wanted.

Everyone had so much fun getting the photos done, it really made the day and set the atmosphere. After the wedding I was so excited to receive shots from the day that David had picked out to show us as a preview of what was to come, which was so great to get to see straight away.
